It depends on how many pages it needs, whether it has to sell anything, and how much copy is written from scratch. A simple presentation site for a small company is a different job from a shop with hundreds of products. You get a fixed price in writing after a free call, and it does not change afterwards unless we agree to widen the work. All prices are shown at 0% VAT.

A normal company site usually takes a few weeks from start to launch. What tends to stretch it is not the build but the content: copy, images, and decisions about what the site should actually say. The faster that lands, the faster the rest goes.

Yes. The site is always built so you can change text, images, prices and opening hours yourself, and we walk through how at handover. If you would rather not, I do it for you under the maintenance agreement.

Yes, all of it. Code, domain, hosting and every account is in your name. If you ever move to someone else you take the whole site with you without asking my permission.

Not necessarily. WordPress is good when you publish a lot of content or run a shop. For a presentation site it is often faster and safer to build without it, like this site. I recommend what suits you, not what is easiest for me.

It stays up until the new one is finished and approved. We only switch when everything works, and I set up redirects so old links and Google's existing results do not land on an empty page.
